One of Police Health’s key enablers (and secrets!) is investment in the health, wellbeing and development of their employees to help them drive and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
As part of iFHP | International Federation of Health Plans Big Ideas week, their CEO Scott Williams recently shared some useful insights into Police Health’s strategies for exceeding customer expectations and delivering unparalleled satisfaction in the health insurance industry.
In his presentation ”How satisfied is satisfied? Police Health’s customer satisfaction journey”, Scott uncovered the secrets as to how Police Health has managed to retain an amazing member satisfaction score of 98% for 16 consecutive years and 99% three years running!

Adelaide Fringe is the biggest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere!
For 31 magical summer days and nights, Fringe transforms Adelaide and greater South Australia. The festival stretches from up in Whyalla all the way down to Mount Gambier, with eclectic and vibrant events that include cabaret, theatre, comedy, circus, music, visual arts, workshops and so much more.
Fringe brings together 6000+ independent artists in 300+ venues across SA, collectively putting on over 1200 shows.
